January 2026 Update If I could give Elite Comfort Systems more than 5 stars, I would. I was a new homeowner in 2022 when Vic (the owner) and his company, Elite Comfort Systems, saved my family (including the feline members) from sweltering in 100+F degree weather by diagnosing and repairing my air conditioner. Since then, they've serviced the almost 22 year old system at my home, nursing it along. With each semi-annual "check-up" service, they advised me on what I needed to do, and what could wait. When funds were tight, they suggested stopgaps to help. Because of this history, when Alex showed me that my heater was leeching carbon monoxide into my home, I knew I could trust him. While I waited for my appointment, I was provided with space heaters gratis. This IS an independently owned business, and they treat customers like family. Ozzy (Osvaldo) and Anthony installed a new heat pump and air conditioner for me last week. They were at my home three days. Not only were they professional, friendly, and polite, they were also respectful of my home--taking time EVERY day to cover my carpeted areas, covering their boots as they came into and exited the house, and cleaning up any installation debris before they left each day. Ozzy and Anthony discovered that a part of the original system was not going to work as efficiently with the new system (the dampers) given the difference in the size. Ozzy explained the difference to me, noted the cost, and the pros and cons. He didn't pressure me to upgrade the items but he made sure I had enough information to make a decision. At the end of the installation, Ozzy took the time to show me how to use the new digital thermostat controls and gave me tips on how to use the system economically. He provided me information on how to follow up if there were ever any problems. Just like other times, Vic called a few days later to see how things were going (I missed the call, but still...so so kind and thoughtful). It's a lot of money to replace your entire HVAC system, no matter which company you use, but hiring one where you know you can trust the company. Simply put, you'll never have worries about trusting Elite Comfort Systems. December 2023 Update: Robert did a great job winter servicing my HVAC system. In addition to keeping the heating and cooling at my home in good condition, Elite’s professional technicians helpfully provide me with information about what I might expect in terms of future service needs, which allows me to budget for them. 7/5/23. UPDATE : I had an appointment set for today but on Saturday at 5:40 pm my A/C stopped blowing cooled air. I called Elite Comfort Services and they came out to check it out for me. I had a Freon leak and they fixed it on 4th of July! Most businesses wouldn’t even have answered the phone, or they’d have suggested I wait until the next day when they had a technician already scheduled to come out. Elite not only made my comfort a priority but also my safety. I appreciate this so much in a business. HVAC repairs and maintenance are not cheap (anywhere), but the service Elite provides is worth every $$$. This team truly lives up to their name - Elite. Since moving to Brentwood, we’ve had several issues with our old heating/ac units and the Elite team was there to help combat the heat or cold. Each time the team came by, everyone was incredibly professional, polite and informative, they always gave me options on how to proceed, which gave me the confidence that I wasn’t just being sold on something. Eventually we had to replace the unit (20+ years old) and partnered with Elite for the new equipment as well. The process was quick, simple to control and has helped out the energy bill a bit since installing the new equipment. Today was the 6month maintenance check up. The team arrived on time, again, incredibly professional and polite. The first thing they did was ask about how the new equipment has been treating us and if we had any questions or concerns. The checkup was over quickly and we’re happy with the results. The Elite team will always be our go to choice, you can expect professional, kind and helpful team members, fair pricing and even some laughs. He was thorough and honest about the need to replace our 30+ year old system, including pricing and details involved. Ozzie and Anthony did a really wonderful job replacing our entire HVAC system. The job they did was very professional, friendly, and courteous. I appreciate the fact that they covered our carpet and totally cleaned everything up. We appreciate their patience with our dogs :).
